 Six BIG EAST student-athletes have been named to the Louisville Slugger/TPX All-America team as chosen by Collegiate Baseball.

For the second consecutive season, West Virginia's Jedd Gyorko was named the National Collegiate Baseball Writers of America District II Player of the Year. BIG EAST Player of the Year Joe Leonard of Pittsburgh was named District I Player of the Year for the first time in his career.

 Thirty-six BIG EAST baseball players were chosen in the 2010 Major League Baseball First-Year Player Draft with five players going in the first five rounds.
