Connecticut juniors Matt Barnes and George Springer earn first team honors; St. John’s junior Joe Panik named to third team.

 Tournament MVP Kyle Hansen pitched 6.1 innings of two-hit, shutout ball with five strikeouts as St. John’s won its BIG EAST-record sixth BIG EAST Championship with a 3-0 win against Connecticut Sunday afternoon at Bright House Field.
