Matt is a recent WVU grad and lifelong basketball fan. His second cousin is former Boston College Center John Oates. Matt covers high school and AAU action in the northeast for NBE as well as recruiting news around the Big East. He also freelances in his spare time doing features on highly touted minor league prospects.

For 15 yrs I've followed it all: busts (Omar Cook), tragedy (Eddie Griffin), lottery picks (Iverson, Carmelo), and a history of games.
