PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Fourteen BIG EAST women's soccer players have been named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District teams presented by ESPN The Magazine. The league landed nine first-team selections and five second-team picks. St. John's highlights the BIG EAST contingent with five players on the list, including four first-team honorees.

Overall, six different BIG EAST teams are represented on the list. First-team selections have the opportunity to be named to the CoSIDA Academic All-America team, which will be released on Nov. 17.
