Seton Hall (5-4) climbed over the .500-mark with a 78-51 win over Longwood in the only BIG EAST game on Monday night. The Pirates got 17 points apiece from Fuquan Edwin and Jordan Theodore. Theodore has been the leading-scorer in each of the last four games for the Pirates. Edwin, a freshman, posted career-highs in points (17) and rebounds (9). The issue was never in doubt, as the Hall jumped out to a 19-5 lead in the contest. Jeff Robinson added 15 points and eight rebounds to help give the Pirates their second-straight win.
Four games dot the BIG EAST schedule on Tuesday night. No. 20/21 Louisville hosts Drexel at 9 p.m. on ESPNU in the only nationally televised game. Cincinnati welcomes Georgia Southern at 7 p.m. and DePaul hosts Milwaukee at 9 p.m. Both of those games will be available on ESPN3.com. Rutgers takes on Fairleigh Dickinson at 7:30 p.m. to round out Tuesday night’s action.
