The No. 18/17 Georgetown Hoyas will travel to Providence on Saturday to face the Friars in this week’s BIG EAST Network Women’s Basketball Game of the Week. Tip-off is at 4pm ET and can be seen on many local affiliates as well as on a free live stream on BIGEAST.tv.
 

The Hoyas enter the game with a record of 13-4 (1-2 in BIG EAST) after losing a tough double-overtime game their last time out against Marquette. Georgetown is led by talented sophomore Sugar Rodgers, who is averaging 19 points per game.
 

The Friars (8-7, 1-2 BIG EAST) are led by double-digit scorers Symone Roberts and Mi-Khida Hankins. Providence will be looking for their first win over Georgetown since 2002 – though three of the last four games have been decided by less than ten points.
