It’s been a longer summer than usual for players not drafted in this year’s NFL Draft. Because of the NFL lockout, teams were not permitted to sign undrafted rookie free agents and the hectic process was forced to wait until this week.
The wait was worth it, though, for many former BIG EAST players who have now agreed to go to training camp and chase their professional dreams.
The following list of signings is not intended to be comprehensive and new signings have been being announced quickly. It was compiled from official NFL transaction information and stories from official BIG EAST member athletic sites. We are awaiting official confirmation on several other reported signings and will update accordingly.
If you are aware of any players who have signed that we may have missed, please send us a note on Twitter (@bigeastfb)
