Syracuse and USC meet for just the third time Saturday … The Trojans have won both previous meetings — a 16-0 decision Dec. 6, 1924 at the Coliseum and a 34-16 win Aug. 31, 1990 at Giants Stadium in the Kickoff Classic … USC’s quarterback in the 1990 game was Todd Marinovich, the older brother of Syracuse DE Mikhail Marinovich … Todd Marinovich threw for 337 yards and three touchdowns against Syracuse in that game.
