Volleyball
Five BIG EAST volleyball teams have matches in a busy day of nonconference action. Notre Dame faces No. 8 Hawaii in the second of two matches between the teams. Louisville travels to face Lipscomb at 6:30 while Marquette is on the road against Western Michigan at 7 p.m. Cincinnati puts the longest win streak in the nation (42 matches) on the line when it hosts Western Kentucky at 7:30 p.m. In the final match of the day, DePaul travels to Western Illinois at 8:00 p.m.
Field Hockey
Providence will be the only field hockey team in action today when it hosts cross-town rival Brown at 7 p.m. The Friars are led by freshman Daniella Bernasconi with 10 points and five goals for the season.
Men’s Soccer
There are three BIG EAST men’s soccer games tonight, two of which are top 25 matchups. Top-ranked Connecticut will play at No. 23/24 West Virginia, while No. 11/11 USF will travel to No. 10/9 Louisville. Pittsburgh will host Providence, with all matches starting at 7 p.m.
