Friday’s game will be the seventh meeting between USF and Syracuse in a series that began in 2005 upon USF’s entrance to the BIG EAST … The Bulls won the first five meetings before Syracuse scored a 13-9 win last year at Raymond James Stadium … The Bulls are 3-0 all-time at the Carrier Dome … Last year’s game saw the Orange hold the Bulls without an offensive touchdown, allowing a fourth-quarter TD pass from QB Ryan Nassib to stand up as the gamewinner.
